Office Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Care available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We send more than caregivers. We send good listeners, gentle hands, people who notice the small things: the favorite teacup, the afternoon light, the stories told twice and loved twice.

Good questions

Specialized condition care,
answered clearly.

Is Golden Touch condition support medical or non-medical?

Golden Touch provides non-medical personal care, companion support, homemaker help, and medication reminders. While we do not administer medical treatments, our caregivers work directly alongside your loved one's physicians, home health nurses, physical therapists, and hospice care teams.

How do caregivers support seniors with Dementia & Alzheimer's?

Our caregivers receive specialized memory care training focused on gentle redirection, maintaining calm daily routines, preventing wandering, and providing unhurried, dignified support without ever correcting or distressing your loved one.

Can specialized care start quickly after a hospital discharge?

Yes. Care can often begin within 24 hours of your call. Through our Safe Transition Home program, we coordinate directly with hospital discharge planners to ensure safe transportation and immediate home support.

Do you accept VA benefits for Veterans home care in Connecticut?

Yes! We proudly honor veterans and accept qualifying VA Aid & Attendance benefits to help cover in-home care costs. Our Care Coordinator can assist you in verifying coverage.

How do you coordinate with our hospice or home health agency?

We work hand-in-hand with hospice nurses and medical providers. While hospice manages clinical care, Golden Touch provides continuous hands-on personal care, bed-positioning, light meals, and overnight respite for family members.

Can care plans adjust as condition needs change?

Absolutely. Whether your family starts with 4 hours a day or needs to transition to overnight or 24/7 live-in care, your care plan and schedule can be updated immediately with clear, upfront pricing.
