What we do

Seven ways we help,
one familiar face.

From a few companionship hours a week to around-the-clock live-in care, every service is delivered by the same dedicated, background-checked caregiver, on a schedule built with your family.

How much help does
your family need?

  1. A few hours a week

    Company and a steady routine

A friendly visit, a shared meal, errands handled, enough support to stay independent and connected.

  2. Daily hands-on help

The private routines of the day

Bathing, dressing, mobility and reminders, handled gently by the same caregiver every visit.

  3. Around the clock

    Someone there, day and night

For families who need certainty at 3 a.m. as much as 3 p.m., constant, familiar presence at home.

Not sure which fits? Most families are not. One call and we will help you work it out, with a clear quote before anything begins.

Why we do it

The goal was never more hours of care.
It was more ordinary days at home.

Golden Touch Personal Care

Services that work
better together.

Few care plans use just one service. Your caregiver blends whatever the day calls for, one plan, one person, one clear quote.

A common morning plan
Mornings, made calm

Personal care to start the day, medication reminders with breakfast, and light housekeeping before the caregiver leaves.

After a hospital stay
A safe transition home

Transportation home from the facility, personal care while mobility is limited, meals and errands until strength returns.

When family needs rest
Respite that keeps the routine

A weekend of respite cover with companionship and homemaker help, so nothing at home skips a beat while you rest.

From first call
to familiar face

Meet your caregiver

Hand-matched by personality, not just availability, and we re-match at no charge until it feels like family.

Office Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Care available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We send more than caregivers. We send good listeners, gentle hands, people who notice the small things: the favorite teacup, the afternoon light, the stories told twice and loved twice.

Good questions

Choosing a service,
answered simply.

Which in-home care service does my parent need?

Start with what the days look like. If loneliness is the worry, companion care; if bathing, dressing or mobility have become hard, personal care; if nights are the concern, live-in or 24-hour care. On your first call we help you work it out, and plans can blend services.

Can we combine services in one plan?

Yes, and most families do. One caregiver delivers the whole plan, from personal care and medication reminders to meals, errands and transportation, so you are never juggling providers.

Can the schedule change as needs change?

Any time. Start with a few hours a week and add mornings, overnights or full days as things change. You adjust the plan with your Care Coordinator, with a clear quote before anything changes.

Who actually provides the care?

One dedicated Golden Touch caregiver, background-checked, trained, bonded and insured, and hand-matched to your loved one by personality. If the fit is not right we re-match at no charge.

How quickly can a service start?

Often within 24 hours of your first call, and faster for a hospital discharge through our Safe Transition Home program.

What do these services cost?

It depends on the hours and the level of care. You get a clear, exact figure on your first call, and families pay by private pay, long-term care insurance, VA benefits or Medicaid, subject to verification.
